In September of last year, the U.S. Department of Housing &amp; Urban Development (HUD)&nbsp;announced a change to FHA appraisal validity periods.&nbsp;&nbsp; The announcement was met with unanimous approval from all sectors; lenders, home owners &amp; buyers, and yes, even appraisers.
