Quantico Homes
A unique feature of the base is the The Town of Quantico. The town is bordered on three sides by the Marine base and on the fourth by the Potomac River. The Town of Quantico has shops and restaurants, and homes available for those whose desire is to live surrounded by a military base, and close to the Potomac River. Having said that, you’ll find the available Quantico homes are very limited in number. Just outside Quantico base is Triangle and Dumfries, Virginia.
Both Triangle and Dumfries offer a wide variety of home choices. For those who desire a water front home on the Potomac River, you’ll find neighborhoods featuring luxury homes, those with smaller single family residences, and also a variety of Townhomes to choose from.
